245  In ss. 134.25 to 134.32 :
245(1) (1) “Marked” means stamped, branded, engraved or imprinted upon, attached to a tag, card or label which is stamped, branded, engraved or imprinted upon, or contained in a box, package, cover or wrapper which is stamped, branded, engraved or imprinted upon.
245(2) (2) “Person” means an individual, firm, corporation or association.
245(3) (3) “Sells” includes making for sale, selling, offering to sell or dispose of, or possessing with intent to sell or dispose of.
