125.315 125.315(1) (1) No person may give away any fermented malt beverages or use any other means to evade any law of this state relating to the sale of fermented malt beverages. 125.315(2) (2) A person who violates sub.
(1)may be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for not more than 9 months or both.
