125.105 125.105(1) (1) No person may impersonate an inspector, agent or other employee of the division or of the department of justice. 125.105(2) (2) 125.105(2)(a) (a) Whoever violates sub.
(1)with the intent to mislead another may be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned for not more than 9 months or both.
125.105(2)(b) (b) Whoever violates sub.
(1)to commit, or abet the commission of, a crime is guilty of a Class H felony.
