121.17 It is the intent of the legislature that school districts receiving federal revenue sharing funds through the state under this subchapter shall utilize these funds in compliance with the federal revenue sharing requirements as defined in the state and local fiscal assistance act of 1972 (P.L. 92-512 ), as amended by P.L. 94-488 . The department shall assure compliance with this section.
