118.25 118.25(1) (1) In this section: 118.25(1)(a) (a) “Practitioner” means a person licensed as a physician, naturopathic doctor, or physician assistant in any state or licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse or certified as an advanced practice registered nurse prescriber in any state.
