118.1915 118.1915(1) (1) Notwithstanding s. 118.19 (4m) , (6) to (9) , (12) , and (14) , the department shall grant a license to an individual to provide instruction to pupils enrolled in a Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program offered in the high school grades if the individual is eligible for licensure under s. 118.19 (4) and (10) and the individual satisfies all of the following: 118.1915(1)(a) (a) Possesses a bachelor’s degree. 118.1915(1)(b) (b) Successfully completed a Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Instructor Certification program. 118.1915(2) (2) A license under sub.

(1)authorizes an individual to teach the courses for which the individual has successfully completed the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Instructor Certification process.
