115.51 In this subchapter: 115.51(2) (2) “Hearing impaired” has the meaning given in the rules promulgated by the state superintendent to define “hearing impairments” under s. 115.76 (5) (a) 2. 115.51(3) (3) “Local educational agency” has the meaning given in s. 115.76 (10) . 115.51(4) (4) “Visually impaired” means loss of vision, or blindness, as described in the rule promulgated by the state superintendent to define “visual impairments” for the purposes of s. 115.76 (5) (a) 4.
