106.276 106.276(1) (1) 106.276(1)(a) (a) The department shall establish and administer a commercial driver training grant program. 106.276(1)(b) (b) A person that satisfies the eligibility requirements under par.
(c)may apply to the department for a grant under this section. The department shall prescribe the form, nature, and extent of information that shall be contained in applications for grants under this section.
106.276(1)(c) (c) An applicant is eligible for a grant under this section if all of the following are satisfied:
106.276(1)(c)1. 1. The applicant provides to an individual who resides in this state training in the operation of commercial motor vehicles that satisfies the requirements of 49 CFR part 380 , subparts F and G.
