102.33 102.33(1) (1) The department shall print and furnish free to any employer or employee any blank forms that are necessary to facilitate efficient administration of this chapter. The department shall keep any record books or records that are necessary for the proper and efficient administration of this chapter. 102.33(2) (2) 102.33(2)(a) (a) Except as provided in pars.
