101.984 101.984(1) (1) Elevator contractor. No person may engage in the business of constructing, installing, altering, servicing, replacing, or maintaining conveyances in this state unless the person is licensed as an elevator contractor under s. 101.985 (1) . 101.984(2) (2) Elevator mechanic. 101.984(2)(a) (a) Generally.
