100.48 100.48(1) (1) In this section: 100.48(1)(ad) (ad) “All-terrain vehicle” has the meaning given in s. 340.01 (2g) . 100.48(1)(ag) (ag) “Boat” has the meaning given in s. 30.50 (2) . 100.48(1)(am) (am) “Farm equipment” means a tractor or other machinery used in the business of farming. 100.48(1)(b) (b) “Hour meter” means an instrument that measures and records the actual hours of operation of the vehicle or device to which the instrument is attached. 100.48(1)(bg) (bg) “Off-highway motorcycle” has the meaning given in s. 23.335 (1) (q) . 100.48(1)(c) (c) “Snowmobile” has the meaning given in s. 350.01 (12) . 100.48(1)(d) (d) “Utility terrain vehicle” has the meaning given in s. 23.33 (1) (ng) . 100.48(2) (2) No person may, either personally or through an agent, remove, replace, disconn
