100.263 In addition to other remedies available under this chapter, the court may award the department the reasonable and necessary costs of investigation and an amount reasonably necessary to remedy the harmful effects of the violation and the court may award the department of justice the reasonable and necessary expenses of prosecution, including attorney fees, from any person who violates this chapter. The department and the department of justice shall deposit in the state treasury for deposit in the general fund all moneys that the court awards to the department, the department of justice or the state under this section.
