Every person who wilfully avoids the payment of personal property taxes on mobile homes subject to such tax under the laws of this state shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Effective date — 1971 ex.s. c 299: See RCW 82.50.901 (3). Severability — 1971 ex.s. c 299: See note following RCW 82.04.050 .
