Text

Upon becoming a member of the streamlined sales and use tax agreement, the department shall prepare legislation conforming state law as necessary and shall provide such legislation to the fiscal committees of the legislature. Reviser's note: Pursuant to section 13, chapter 267, Laws of 2002, this section took effect July 1, 2008, the date that Washington became a member of the streamlined sales and use tax agreement.
