(1)The provisions of this chapter do not apply in respect to a meal provided without specific charge by a restaurant to its employees.
(2)For the purposes of this section, the definitions in RCW 82.08.9995 apply. Effective date — 2011 c 55: See note following RCW 82.08.9995 .
