This chapter does not apply to nonprofit organizations in respect to amounts derived from the provision of child care resource and referral services.
Effective date — 1995 2nd sp.s. c 11: "This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect July 1, 1995." [ 1995 2nd sp.s. c 11 s 4 .]
