Text

(1)Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, vessels on whitewater rivers proceeding downstream have the right-of-way over vessels proceeding upstream.
(2)In all cases, vessels not under power proceeding downstream on whitewater rivers have the right-of-way over motorized craft underway. Intent — 1993 c 244: See note following RCW 79A.60.010 .
