No funds shall be expended from the limited fish and wildlife account created in RCW 77.12.170 (1) or the fish, wildlife, and conservation account created in RCW 77.12.170 (3) to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Intent — Effective date — 2020 c 148: See notes following RCW 77.12.170 .
