As used in this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
"Trails" or "runs" means those trails or runs that have been marked, signed, or designated by the ski area operator as ski trails or ski runs within the ski area boundary.
Severability — 1989 c 81: "If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected." [ 1989 c 81 s 6 .]
