Text

The commission may receive in trust any money donated or bequeathed to it, and carry out the terms of such donation or bequest, or, in the absence of such terms, expend the same as it may deem advisable for park or parkway purposes. Money so received shall be deposited in the state parks renewal and stewardship account. Effective date — 1997 c 137: See note following RCW 79A.05.055 .
