Text
When valuable materials are sold separately from the land and the purchase price is paid in full, the department shall prepare a bill of sale. The bill of sale shall:
(1)State the time period for removing the material;
(2)Be signed by the commissioner and attested by the seal of the commissioner's office upon full payment of the purchase price and fees;
(3)Be issued to the purchaser upon payment of the fee for the bill of sale; and
(4)Be recorded in the department.
