The department shall designate the areas of state-owned aquatic lands that are available for geoduck harvesting by licensed geoduck harvesters in accordance with *chapter 79.90 RCW. *Reviser's note: Chapter 79.90 RCW was recodified and/or repealed in its entirety by 2005 c 155.
