Every lease issued by the department must contain:

(1)The specific use or uses to which the land is to be employed;

(2)The improvements required, if any;

(3)Provisions providing that the rent is payable in advance in quarterly, semiannual, or annual payments as determined by the department, or as agreed upon by the lessee and the department;

(4)Other terms and conditions as the department deems advisable, subject to review by the board, to achieve the purposes of the state Constitution and this chapter. Intent — 2003 c 334: See note following RCW 79.02.010 .
