The state assents to the act of congress entitled: "An Act to provide that the United States shall aid the states in fish restoration and management projects, and for other purposes," (64 Stat. 430; 16 U.S.C. Sec. 777). The department shall establish, conduct, and maintain fish restoration and management projects, as defined in the act, and shall comply with the act and related rules adopted by the secretary of the interior. Effective date — 1993 sp.s. c 2 ss 1-6, 8-59, and 61-79: See RCW 43.300.900 . Legislative findings and intent — 1987 c 506: See note following RCW 77.04.020 .
