Text

A member selected by or a designee of the fish and wildlife commission, ex officio, and two appointees of the governor representing the fishing industry shall act as the representatives of this state on the Pacific Marine Fisheries Commission. The appointees of the governor are subject to confirmation by the state senate. Referral to electorate — 1995 1st sp.s. c 2: See note following RCW 77.04.013 .
