Text

Upon receipt of a voucher under RCW 77.12.380 , the commissioner of public lands shall withdraw the lands from lease. The commissioner shall forward the voucher to the state treasurer, who shall draw a warrant against the fish, wildlife, and conservation account created in RCW 77.12.170 (3) in favor of the fund for which the withdrawn lands are held.
