Text
The family medicine workforce development account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from funding available for the family medicine residency network pursuant to RCW 74.60.090 and 70.112.060 and any other funds collected for the medicaid direct payment program established in chapter 376, Laws of 2024 must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only to supplement primary care graduate medical education.
