Text

Upon the death of a resident of a residential habilitation center, the secretary may supplement such funds as were in the resident's account at the time of the person's death to provide funeral and burial expense for the deceased resident. These expenses shall not exceed funeral and burial expenses allowed under *RCW 74.08.120 . *Reviser's note: RCW 74.08.120 was repealed by 1997 c 58 s 1002 .
