Text
The telebehavioral health access account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from collections under RCW 71.24.064 must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only for supporting telebehavioral health programs identified in RCW 71.24.061 (3)(a) and 71.24.062 .
