Using data from the reports required in RCW 71.24.061 (5), the legislature shall decide whether to make the partnership access line for moms and the partnership access line for kids referral and assistance [service] programs, as described in *RCW 71.24.061 (3)(a)(ii), permanent programs. If the legislature decides to make the programs permanent, the programs shall be funded in the same manner as in RCW 71.24.062 beginning July 1, 2021. *Reviser's note: RCW 71.24.061 was amended by 2021 c 126 s 1, changing subsection (3)(a)(ii)(A) and (B) to subsection (3)(a)(ii) and (iii), respectively. Also, the "partnership access line for kids referral and assistance service" was changed to "mental health referral service for children and teens."
