Text

The prosecuting attorney of every county shall, upon application by the department of social and health services, the department of health, or its authorized representatives, institute and conduct the prosecution of any action brought for the violation within his or her county of any of the provisions of this chapter. Effective date — Severability — 1989 1st ex.s. c 9: See RCW 43.70.910 and 43.70.920 .
