Text

All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on a date to be set by the department of health. No license issued pursuant to this chapter shall exceed thirty-six months in duration. Application for renewal of the license, accompanied by the necessary fee as established by the department of health under RCW 43.70.110 , shall be filed with that department, not less than thirty days prior to its expiration and if application is not so filed, the license shall be automatically canceled. Effective date — Severability — 1989 1st ex.s. c 9: See RCW 43.70.910 and 43.70.920 . Savings — 1987 c 75: See RCW 43.20B.900 .
