Text
The lead paint account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from fees collected under this chapter must be deposited into the account. All receipts from penalties and fines collected pursuant to enforcement actions or settlements under this chapter, including any fees or costs, must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only for the purposes of this chapter.
