Text

It is unlawful for any person to allow any combustibles to accumulate in any premises in which fireworks are stored or sold or to permit a fire nuisance to exist in such a premises. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor. Severability — 2002 c 370: See note following RCW 70.77.126 .
