Text

(1)The *administrator, when specific funding is provided and where feasible, shall make the basic health plan available in timber impact areas. The *administrator shall prioritize making the plan available under this section to the timber impact areas meeting the following criteria, as determined by the employment security department:
(a)A lumber and wood products employment location quotient at or above the state average;
(b)a direct lumber and wood products job loss of one hundred positions or more; and (c) an annual unemployment rate twenty percent above the state average.
(2)Persons assisted under this section shall meet the requirements of enrollee as defined in **RCW 70.47.020 (4).
(3)For purposes of this section, "timber impact area" means:
