Text

Any licensed health care practitioner with prescription or dispensing authority shall, as a condition of licensure and as directed by the practitioner's disciplinary board, consent to the requirement, if imposed, of complying with a triplicate prescription form program as may be established by rule by the department of health. Effective date — Severability — 1989 1st ex.s. c 9: See RCW 43.70.910 and 43.70.920 .
