The director with the consent of the board must set all fees for chapters 18.39 , 68.05, 68.20, 68.24, 68.28, 68.32, 68.36, 68.40, 68.44, and 68.46 RCW in accordance with RCW 43.24.086 , including fees for licenses, certificates, regulatory charges, permits, or endorsements, and the department must collect the fees.

Funeral directors and embalmers account and cemetery account abolished, moneys transferred to funeral and cemetery account — 2009 c 102: See note following RCW 18.39.810 .
