Text
(1)Each municipality imposing a tax under chapter 67.28 RCW [this chapter] shall submit a report to the department of commerce on October 1, 1998, and October 1, 2000. Each report shall include the following information:
(a)The rate of tax imposed under chapter 67.28 RCW [this chapter];
(b)The total revenue received under chapter 67.28 RCW [this chapter] for each of the preceding six years;
(c)A list of projects and activities funded with revenue received under chapter 67.28 RCW [this chapter]; and
(d)The amount of revenue under chapter 67.28 RCW [this chapter] expended for each project and activity.
(2)The department of commerce shall summarize and analyze the data received under subsection (1) of this section in a report submitted to the legislature on January 1, 1999, and Jan
