Text

(1)A distillery licensed under RCW 66.24.140 or 66.24.145 , or an off-site tasting room authorized under RCW 66.24.146 , must provide, for free or for a charge, food offerings to customers during public service hours. For the purposes of this section, "food offerings" means a combination of small serving food items to include a mix of hors d'oeuvre type foods, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, deli-style meats, chips, pretzels, nuts, popcorn, crackers, or similar items.
(2)A distillery providing food offerings under this section must comply with the local city or county health requirements for such level of service.
(3)In addition to the food offerings requirement in subsection (1) of this section, distillers and craft distillers shall post, in a conspicuous place within any tasting room,
