Text

Liens created prior to January 1, 1987, which are based on statutes repealed by *this act, shall remain in effect for the duration provided by the law in effect before January 1, 1987. The department of licensing shall notify persons requesting information for crop liens that, for this transition period, records of crop liens may exist at a county auditor's office as well as at the department of licensing. *Reviser's note: "this act" [1986 c 242] repealed chapters 60.12 , 60.14, and 60.22 RCW.
