(1)The provisions of *this 1974 amendatory act shall become effective July 1, 1974.

(2)The provisions of *this 1974 amendatory act shall not apply to any plat which has been granted preliminary approval prior to July 1, 1974, but shall apply to any proposed plat granted preliminary approval on or after July 1, 1974. *Reviser's note: For codification of "this 1974 amendatory act" [1974 ex.s. c 134], see Codification Tables.
