Text

A district may expend funds to inform residents in areas proposed for annexation into the district of the following:

(1)Technical information and data;
(2)The fiscal impact of the proposed improvement; and
(3)The types of improvements planned. Expenditures under this section shall be limited to research, preparation, printing, and mailing of the information. Part headings not law — Effective date — 1996 c 230: See notes following RCW 57.02.001 .
