Text
Port commissioners of countywide port districts with populations of one hundred thousand or more who are holding office as of June 11, 1992, shall retain their positions for the remainder of their terms until their successors are elected and qualified, and assume office in accordance with RCW 29A.60.280 . Their successors shall be elected to four-year terms of office except as otherwise provided in RCW 53.12.130 .
