Fire protection districts may cooperate and participate with counties, cities, or towns in providing hazardous materials response teams under the county, city, or town emergency management plan provided for in RCW 38.52.070 . The participation and cooperation shall be pursuant to an agreement or contract entered into under chapter 39.34 RCW. Severability — 1986 c 278: See note following RCW 36.01.010 .
