(1)The department may adopt rules to implement *section 3, chapter 213, Laws of 2020.
(2)The department must adopt rules, policies, and processes governing the use of telemedicine for independent medical examinations under *section 3, chapter 213, Laws of 2020. Development of rules may include a pilot project. Consideration should be given to all available research regarding the use of telemedicine for independent medical examinations. *Reviser's note: 2020 c 213 s 3 is codified as RCW 51.36.070 .
