Text

(1)This chapter shall be available to individuals who suffer a temporary total disability, compensable by an industrial insurance program, after June 29, 1975.
(2)This chapter shall also be available to individuals who suffer a temporary total disability compensable under crime victims compensation laws, after June 7, 1984. Effective date — 1975 1st ex.s. c 228: See note following RCW 50.04.355 .
