The term "employment" does not include services performed in a barber shop or cosmetology shop by persons licensed under chapter 18.16 RCW if the person is a booth renter as defined in *RCW 18.16.020 . *Reviser's note: RCW 18.16.020 was amended by 2002 c 111 s 2, deleting the definition of "booth renter." Severability — Conflict with federal requirements — 1982 1st ex.s. c 18: See notes following RCW 50.12.200 .
