Text
(1)An employer must not refuse to employ, terminate, reduce the compensation of, or otherwise take adverse action against any employee for seeking to enforce the employee's rights under this chapter, including participating in proceedings, opposing any practice prescribed by this chapter, or otherwise asserting rights under this chapter.
(2)This section applies to an employee who mistakenly, but in good faith, alleges noncompliance with this chapter.
