Text
Violation of or noncompliance with any provision of *this article by any employer, manager, superintendent, foreman or other person having direction or control of such work shall be a gross misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred and fifty dollars or by imprisonment for up to three hundred sixty-four days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
*Reviser's note: "this article" appears in 1937 c 131, an eight section act that was not subdivided by "article" organization. The act is codified as RCW 49.24.010 through 49.24.070 .
