Text

The department shall make a good faith effort to notify an employer within 10 calendar days when the department immediately identifies a hazard that could cause injury to a minor worker during an inspection conducted under this chapter. Such notice does not eliminate or modify any other right, responsibility, or authority provided in this chapter. Effective date — 2025 c 173: See note following RCW 49.30.060 .
